How do I get support and clarifications for my queries?

To help our users of the system and to professionally track all queries related to this site operation from general feedback to problems, there is a dedicated a support portal. Most of the information about how to use the website and frequently asked questions are recorded in the support portal. We recommend to have a search on this portal for an answer to your question and most likely answer to your question might already be here.
If you are unable to find answers your queries/doubts, please raise a Ticket for your queries in the support portal here. We will give an answer to your query within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). For critical issues that impact all users, we will attend the support tickets within 10 hours on all days.
